Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't but in the relationships I've seen, they are much better when she knows rather than thinking maybe you are sneaking around with someone else. If she's not ok with your cross dressing, maybe the relationship isn't ok to begin with? I would recomend telling ur partner before your engaged or married. It worked for me, and it may work for you.
